You’re request will processed in the order it was received. Our turnaround time for Standard Care Plan requests is 3 – 5 business days. If you have a Premium Care Plan, you will receive priority turnaround time of 1-2 business days.

If you have an urgent request, you may mark it as urgent for priority service. Keep in mind you may be charged a 20% additional fee for urgent requests.
